Exploring Judaism
|
Join in any time for deep learning and vibrant discussion. In each session, Rabbi Helen leads a conversation about texts from Bible, commentary, or Liturgy.
Our theme this year will be Learning to be God, focusing on episodes in which the Bible or its traditional interpreters seem to suggest that God learns something from experience with human beings and with the world. (The artwork to the left is by Rabbi Me'irah Iliinsky. It says "tzei u'lemad" - go forth and learn.) |
Two sessions each month, on Thursdays from 2:00 to 3:15 pm Eastern time, from October through May. See calendar below. Meets online via Zoom. Sign up below to receive the link.
Finances: We ask that each participant make a donation to Mekom Torah.
The suggested donation for this series is $360. Please feel free to contribute more or less, as you are willing and able.
